On May 25, the division hosted a concluding leg of the Ph.D. course on optical spectroscopy that brought doctorate students from Lund, Chalmers, Uppsala, and Gothenburg together to learn about the ins and outs of non-linear spectroscopy. And on May 26, the workshop Optical Spectroscopy in Sweden took place at Kemicentrum with presentations and discussions by research group leaders, highlighting the state-of-the-art research and scientific directions in ultrafast optical spectroscopy, photochemistry, and photophysics. The event was supported by the Physical Chemistry section of the Swedish Chemical Society and the Division of Chemical Physics at Lund University.
